First time pregnant. Had a miscarriage back in august now currently 9 weeks pregnant. Getting cramps terrible don't know if that's my uterus stretching or pain from miscarriage?? Last time I had a miscarriage it felt like this, the cramps but I do get cramps bad because I do have a subchorinic hemorrhage (subchrorionic hematoma)
