1 year present ideas and Valentine's Day

Sorry if this is the wrong group.. So for Christmas I spent like $250 on clothes for my boyfriend (I know I'm crazy but like I just kept seeing things and I'm like yesss he'd look so cute 😍😂) but I told him I wouldn't get him anything for his birthday so it would even if out. Our one year is the month after his birthday though and I was wondering what would be a nice gift to get him? I was thinking concert tickets but idk. He's 22, will be 23 then and I'm 19. I also was wondering what you get a guy for Valentine's Day? I don't feel bad spending a lot because he's told me many times he sees us getting married and he says we are definitely heading that way in the long run. 😬
