pregnant and bleeding

So I just found out I was pregnant,  went to the dr and that same day I started bleeding, they did an ultrasound and they didn't see anything they said it could be 1 of 3 things: miscarriage, ectopic, or it was to early to see on the ultrasound. So they scheduled me another appointment for a week later. I have 3 babies already and have also experienced miscarriages but this time everything is soo different. The bleeding stopped after 3 days I still had morning sickness all day. No cramping with bleeding some clots not many, and today I started bleeding a lot more some cramping and a lot of clots. I'm so confused! Has anyone had this happen to them?
