what do you guys do with stinky armpits?

i normally don't have stinky armpits but when i spend more than 12 hours at work
or work out for too long my armpits smell for a week...
i usually just switch my body wash and deodorant every 2 days 
does anyone else have any different methods?

Have you tried using men's deodorant? When I was in cheerleading or even to work out I would wear men's because it last longer and honestly the smell is even better lol.

Try using a men's deodorant or a 48 hour protection one! Also, make sure that you're scrubbing your armpits with a strong wash! Stuff like dove isn't going to help with the scent. Try exfoliating your armpits once or twice a week as well; bacteria buildup caused by sweat is what causes your pits to smell, so you have to scrub that bacteria away. If you don't, it'll eventually lead to boils and ingrown hairs and stuff too which is nasty and definitely something to avoid.

You can try to use whatever face exfoliating product you use... I exfoliate the arm pit area, my hands, and my feet every other day... it helps to remove any built up skin cells, but you might want to skip the shave the first time or two you exfoliate just because if your skin is use to having cell build up it might be extra sensitive.

I know this sounds absolutely disgusting to some people. But I don't wear deodorant most of the time. I have folliculitis and I break out over everything and noticed deodorant made everything worse. After going deodorant free, I barely smell. I do have a medicated powered deodorant from lush, I wear this when I go out in public/work. But if I'm just at home, I don't wear any.

Sweat has no scent bacteria on the skin does.. with that being said i would suggest cleaning a different way

I use an antiperspirant as opposed to the normal deodorants because those don't do anything

Might sound weird but i use alcohol at night and line with baking soda in the morning. It works for me and I don't have to switch deodorants as much.

Try a new deodorant maybe. A mens one or a stronger women's. And to help with the following days, use baking soda to scrub your armpits in the shower. It exfoliates the dead skin which is what is holding the smelly bacteria and also neautealizes the smell. That's why most people have an open box in the fridge :].
