So I have my very first pelvic ultrasound on the 27th. To see if I have pcos. But my blood work was normal except my vitamin D was low. Anyways, will my doctor prescribe the same day of clomid or metformin when I go to my ultrasound ? I wanna be pregnant in the next few months.

I doubt it, the ultrasound technicians usually do not interpret the results on the spot and I'm sure your doctor will want to see detailed reports before making a decision on prescriptions.

They can prescribe you metformin and clomid that day if they see fit, but it's not a sure thing. Clomid doesn't always work the first time and you may not even need it. Good luck though. PCOS is a vicious thing to deal.
