I am torn, please help. Which do you like better?

Thanks! I've usually done a million things with my hair by now but took some time to grow it out. Now I'm ready for something new. Not sure if I want to cut it or just color it for a change. Btw my hair isn't quite as long as this picture yet. Still working on it.
