6 weeks feeling horrendous already (2nd pregnancy)

I'm only 6 weeks and 1 day along in my 2nd pregnancy yet I'm already feeling just dreadful. Bloated, aching stomach, cramps, exhausted and achy boobs. I can't remember feeling this yucky or showing so early in my first pregnancy. Has anyone else had the same experience? X
