HELP ME PLEASE 😩

I have had miniscule amounts of diarrhea for like 5 days accompanied by SEVERE cramping that is NOT relieved by going to the bathroom at all. When I say I'm only passing minuscule amounts of diarrhea I mean like an ounce of that at a time. I'm 33 weeks I've been to the doctor and hospital and I went to the doctor two days before the ER and I was still high closed with no dilation or effacement at the ER they checked me because I had mucous In my urine sample and I was 1cm and 50% effaced. (Not concerning other then that was in 2 days that I had changed). I have a 2 year old at home and the cramping is getting unbearable to the point it's hard to take care of her the doctors are like colace colace colace.  Well colace ain't doing it for me.  I'm at a loss idk what to do!
