belly dropped?

Anyone's belly changed position at any time? This morning in the mirror I feel like my belly is a little lower than normal. Didn't think much of it until A girl at work said something about it too! Like she noticed it was lower! she freaked me out by saying "usually your baby drops when you're ready to give birth"...Luckily I have my 28 week apt tomorrow and can ask, but I just wanted to know if you've experienced it to easy my mind for now

I'm carrying really low and I'm 26 weeks but through out the day my belly rises I guess he moves his way up... but he usually stays so low and people always ask how far along I am.. (scary) but I haven't thought much about it. He's just getting kind of heavy already.

I had someone comment on my belly looking low. They said be ready because it looked like I dropped already. I didn't notice any change but it made me think for a minute. This is my first and according to my sisters, when it gets close, if will feel like a softball down there because the baby has dropped down so that's what I'm waiting for.
