clogged milk duct?

Seemingly overnight I've developed a large, painful lump in my left breast. I'm 29 weeks, FTM and so far everything I've researched points to a clogged duct. Has this happened to any of you, and how did you relieve it? Most of the advice online is for breastfeeding moms (like expressing in the shower). But to my knowledge I have produced anything yet. I'm using a warm compress but still...ouch! I'm also moody and want it gone 😑. Advice appreciated!
