Urine or amniotic fluid?

I'm 28 almost 29 weeks pregnant and I'm not sure if it's discharge, urine or fluid. 
I wear a panty liner and everytime I go to the bathroom I have to change it because it's wet. Not like a drop or two, like the whole thing is wet. Not soaking like I peed myself but noticeably wet which I why I started wearing one anyways. It's been happening the past two or three days. 
I'm a FTM and I just turned 20 so I feel so anxious about calling my office because I feel like they push me aside to just being over parinod. (I've called about a UTI when it turns out I did have one, really bad too). 
Help? 
What should I be looking for? 
What's normal?

I would definitely get it checked out. I thought the same thing at the end of my last pregnancy. Went to l&d and they tested the fluid. Turns out it was urine. Maybe 2 months later the same thing happened to my SIL and I told her not to worry about it because or what happened to me. Turned out she was losing fluids at 20 weeks and ended up losing the baby (not to scare you). It's so much better to be safe than sorry. I still feel guilty for not telling her to go to the er. Maybe they could have done something to keep the baby in longer:(

I have something similar but it's due to hormones were I'll just sweat all day down there 😂😂 (sounds disgusting as well.) but my ob said it's normal to sweat including if down there isn't in the right panties!

I had the same symptoms at 19 weeks.. turns out I had a yeast infection.. I thought I was leaking fluid by the amount and the fact that it was clear.  it was so odd, but I'm glad I went to the doctor!!

If it keeps happening and soaking a pad go get it checked.  Better to be safe than sorry
