Scar tissue in uterus?

Anyone else have this? After an ultrasound on my right ovary, I was told I have scar tissue in my uterus, most likely from a pelvic infection I got from uterine surgery a couple of years ago (or potentially from the surgery itself) I've read up on it and it seems that conceiving is basically not on the cards at all without treatment (which is a long process it seems) and I'm so deflated. Just feel like I need to speak to others with this issue and if anyone has any encouragment or success stories of conceiving while having scarring in the uterus and/or Fallopian tubes?
