I'm 9 week & 4 days, and all of a sudden my symptoms have stopped. My pregnancy has been somewhat easy anyway, all I have experienced was frequent urination, occasionally cramping, and mildly sore breasts, but today nothing. Yesterday, nothing. I'm freaking out. I had my first appt at 7 weeks & 5 days and everything was perfect, 166 heart rate! I'm freaking out that my symptoms are gone and my next appointment isn't until the 2nd of February :( has this happened to anyone else?
