old friend attempting to reconnect?

Has this happened to anyone else since having a baby? Do old friends you don't talk to anymore just suddenly want to reconnect? I had an old friend in university who I literally haven't talked to in six years, things didn't end well either. And she randomly messaged me on Facebook (we aren't friends on there) saying she noticed I had a baby from my profile pic and wants to come meet him and catch up?! I am sooo flabbergasted, this girl hated me when our friendship ended (over a very stupid reason everyone I knew couldn't even believe). What should I do?! Part of me is curious why the sudden reaching out and the other part of me doesn't care to see her.
