First Time Clomid User

Hi ladies!

So I will start taking clomid soon after I take a med to make me have a period. So I just need some pointers or some positive advice on taking this drug. I am extremely nervous because my boyfriend and I have been TTC for almost 2 1/2 years now and this is a last resort before I have surgery to remove my ovary. Does Clomid work for most?? Anything would ease my mind right now. Thanks ladies! Baby dust to us all!! 😁😍
