Is tender breast a sign of a possible pregnancy

My aunt flow was 4 days late, when it came it lasted 2 days, I was told I could possibly be pregnant, I tested it was negative went to a clinic to test it too was negative they told me it was to early.... my breast have been tender to the touch and in a bra it hurts, so is it possible I'm pregnant
