ovulation tests? what's your opinion?

I have been TTC for a month now and I think I am out this month. Question, I have never used ovulation tests. For any of you women that do use them, which ones do you prefer? Also, women who are pregnant, did you find these ovulation tests helpful? Thanks for your input ladies!!

One Step strips off amazon are super cheap and work brilliantly 👌 they always come with some extra pregnancy tests too but not sure how well they work as never had a bfp.

I have PCOS and see a fertility dr. She told me when I first started to use the Clear Blue advanced but they get crazy and are super expensive. When I was in the office today, the nurse practitioner said she used the simple version that Clear Blue makes. The advanced gives you a blank circle, a happy face or a flashing happy face. The other version gives you a blank face or a smiling face, not flashing faces. She said they worked for her. I drove myself insane in the beginning with the advanced ones. I'm using the cheapies from Amazon now so I can't really say yet how they work. Good luck!

I've been using the clear blue advanced opk's. Since they're digital they easy to use. They are expensive, but if you have flex spending through your insurance they are covered by that.

I prefer the strips you buy online. The first response ones haven't been great for me but the cheapies off amazon have been good.

I used the easy at home strips from Amazon. They worked great & weren't too expensive. I would not rely solely on Glow as it's just an estimate. I'm 7 weeks pregnant right now.

I use the Wandflo cheap ones off amazon and have First Response as a back up to confirm when the Wandflo ones seem to suggest I'm ovulating. I would say it's 100% recommended to use them if you're TTC!

I spent months just using Glow only to find out I ovulate much later than what Glow and other apps predicted. Even when updating my actual ovulation date on these apps they don't seem to adjust for future months (unless I haven't entered enough data for enough months yet). Best to pinpoint using an OPK and testing CM!

I had the implant taken out in oct didnt have a period til 17dec. I tracked my Lh surge with the sticks in nov knew i was ovulating. Tracked after my first period in dec. Glow told me i ovulate 2jan but i had been using the Lh surge sticks since week after my period. Got a positive on 30dec. Had been having sex before the positive and stopped on 29dec didnt have any after didnt have time. I thought god sake ive missed this one. Then 21dpo today have a positive pregnancy test. I personally think they are good to use. I use to stick them in a book with the date and time next to it 💗

I also use the clear blue advanced digital test so I don't have to interpret  lines. I've also just used the regular clear blue digital and liked that one as well. You can get them at a cvs or Walgreens in the aisle with all the other pregnancy stuff.  I also have ordered them from Amazon and I believe they were cheaper there.
