Baby gains..at 3 months old?

Question

How much do your 3 month olds weigh, how much are you feeding them in a day, and is it formula or breastmilk?
  I was at the pediatrician for a random visit with something I was concerned about.
  Well..In just over 2weeks my baby was at 11lb 11oz on Jan 2 and was 11lb 15oz yesterday.The pediatrician wasn't concerned, because she's just under the 50th percentile. But I'm worried!! She has 25 oz per day of breastmilk.

My baby was exclusively breastfed and was 11 lbs 13oz If I remember correctly. He was born in the 90 something percentile (8lbs 7oz and born at 37+2 weeks gestation) and dropped into the 37th or something like that but she didn't express any concern. At his four month check up he hadn't gained much and was a little over 12 lbs so the doctor became concerned about his slowed growth, he had dropped into the 11th percentile.

I ended up switching to formula as it seemed like I just wasn't and couldn't produce enough to meet his needs, he still gets about 1 or 2 bottles of breastmilk a day (4-8oz)  but drinks over 20oz of formula. Once we switched over he gained over 2 pounds in 2 and a half weeks! We have a weight check on friday and he's been eating like a piglet so I can't wait to see how much he's gained!

My son is 15 weeks, weighs about 15 pounds. He eats breastmilk i pumped, 5 ounces a feeding, 25 to 35 ounces a day. Sleeps 10-11p to 5-6a. He was born at 35 weeks, 8 days in nicu, no residual issues.

I feed my baby breastmilk on demand. If she's fussy the first thing I do is try to feed her. So she eats a lot. She's 3 1/2 months, she'll be 4 months on the 29th. And she weighs 12 pounds, 10.5 ounces, and her percentile is 43%. The pediatrician says she is perfectly healthy. She was not a preemie, she was totally full term. 7 pounds, 15 ounces at birth.

If the doc isn't concerned I wouldn't be worried. I hate that stupid chart to be honest. I just had my fourth child. So far 2 of them stayed lower percentile and my daughter was in higher percentile. Have to remember those guidelines are just that. Every child grows differently. Where as one child might hit a HUGE growth spurt early and some later. My oldest is 11 and I remember worrying every time that chart was talked about. As he was lower percentile. He is 11 now. 5'3" 140 lb. Healthy as can be. My chunker little girl, is 7 average weight and height. My 5 year old eats like a horse and he is smaller, lower average. A lot of it depends on their own metabolism rate. Oh yeah all 3 older ones are healthy as can be. Only issue is oldest has ADHD. So in short what I am trying to say, don't listen to chart. Listen to doc and watch your baby. How often do they have wet diapers, dirty diapers, do they act satisfied after feeding or are they upset like they need more. Not saying do not worry if child goes way down to one digit percentile numbers, just saying trust ur baby and ur doctor. Every baby is different.

My daughter is almost 15 pounds @ 3 months. I feed her formula, and will start baby foods when I go for her 4 month check up.

I feed my son on demand. He usually has 5/6 feeds a day 5 or 6oz. He weighed 8lbs born at 38 weeks. He now weighs 14lbs. 50th percentile.
