Ow! What helps relieve these cramps?

Hi ladies, I'm 4w 5d today according to Glow, baby just graduated from 'tomato seed' to 'red lentil' today 😄 
The cramps are for real today! I only got it this bad once, a week ago. They're like a hook through my uterus reaching through the perinium and upto the butthole (sorry tmi).

Currently curled up with a slightly warm hot water bottle. No spotting or anything.

When will this stop? 😫 Any tried and tested remedies?

I have actually tried bananas and they work! I eat a banana when I wake up and before I go to bed. That has cut my cramping down ridiculously. The day before yesterday I had 6 cramps. Yesterday I had 3. Today I've already had one but I haven't gotten out of bed to eat a banana... maybe potassium deficiency?

Soak in the tub or use a heating pad on the lowest setting on top of a sheet, that's what helped me.

Warm bath- not too hot, and you can take Tylenol. I personally just lay in bed a lot!
