what is considered last day of period?
I've been wondering about this for a long time. My periods are the same every time.
First day is heavy. Second day is light. Third day it stops completely. Fourth day it barely spots Not even enough to wear something.
So do I consider it the end when I stop flowing or when I stop spotting at the end which is the brown discharge (old blood.)?
