Is there anything I can eat to help my baby go? Does my diet cause my breast milk to help or worsen constipation?

What makes you think baby is constipated? It's very common and normal for breastfed babies to go less often. My son is 5 months old and poops once a week.

Breastfed babies don't usually get constipated. I would call your pediatrician.
