Could this be possible pregnancy symptom? Have not gotten my period yet. I'm having slight cramping today, but it feels higher up more like up towards my upper stomach/ribs.

My cramps were much lower like near my pelvis before I got my bfp, but I think it depends on the person! You should take a test if you're past your af date
