Diarrhea + the pill

I took my pill at 10pm last night. I had diarrhea (not severe, just normal amount) this morning at 11am. It's way past two hours so would I still be considered protected from pregnancy? I'm not home as I am with the boyfriend so I can't look at my pamphlet. I'm on the progestin only pill.
