Do you wear shoes in your house?

Our baby is about to be crawling and ive been fighting with my husband for him to stop. He says EVERYONE wears shoes in their houses. Personally I think it's gross.

My husband is Indian so we have separate shoes (flip flop/slippers) that are worn inside. We never wear our outside shoes inside but we also don't go barefoot.

Nope. Shoes off at the door so the floor doesn't get dirty. Especially with a crawling baby!! Your partner should respect you and just take their damn shoes off for the sake of the baby and your happiness.

I hate it. Thank God I don't have carpet or NO ONE would be able to walk into my house with shoes on lol

I have a July 2016 baby as well and we're trying to break the habit of wearing shoes in the house! It's hard but I think important!

I take them off when I feel like it, so sometimes yes, sometimes no. I definitely don't require guests to remove their shoes. I hate going to someone's home and they expect me to remove my shoes especially if I'm not expecting it and I don't have socks on or I'm wearing stockings.

I do if I don't want to take them off. I think it's annoying when you have to take your shoes off to be in your own home. My stepmother was so anal about that. I'd have to take my shoes off before walking into out house. It was annoying and embarrassing for me to invite friends over. Sure there will be germs tracked through the house but that will happen regardless.
