Confusing results--help!!

I got several positives and a few negatives on HPTs. Went to get blood work and it was negative, but I was still having symptoms. The last couple of days, I've gotten faint positives on tests. What do I do? What do I trust? I don't know if I can get an ultrasound without a definite positive or going to the ER for at least 2-3 hours.
