I've been having cramping and some bleeding since Saturday. I'm supposed to be 7w2d. Today had my first ultrasound and they could see the flicker of the heartbeat but we couldn't hear it. They measured it at 92 bpm. Tech says I'm measuring a week behind and wants to see heartbeats above 110. I go back in a week. I'm really nervous because I've been cramping and spotting. Anyone else have this? Am I being paranoid?
