So which is better, every day or every other?? I was told every other so that the guys sperm could regenerate. I'm using ovulation predictors this cycle also but they aren't always on point because I have PCOS. Any insight?? Not even going to lie, planning sex every other day for a certain window kind of takes the fun out of it. It starts to feel more like a chore then trying to make a baby. Going on a year now. I have had 2 chemicals and a miscarriage at 10 weeks. Just wondering if it makes a difference. Thanks ladies!
