birth control after birth?

Does anyone recommend a certain type of birth control for me to go on after I have my baby? I had the pill before I got pregnant but I hate having to remember to take it! Please let me know any suggestions and experiences with certain types! 😊

I haven't used birth control in like 6yrs. I was taking the pill and the side effects were awful. This is my last child so I'm planning on a long term bc like mirena but am considering tying my tubes.

I've been researching BC as well for after baby since I don't want to get pregnant again too soon . I was looking into the cooper IUD since it doesn't have hormones it appealed to me .

Before pregnancy and after I give birth I'm going back to the mirena iud, lasts 5 yrs and made my periods so much better

Mirena is what I had and I loved it! They only thing is you have to wait until you are in your period to get it so if you nurse that may be a little while. They do have pills you could take in the meantime that will not interfere with breast milk. I plan on getting it again if my husband backs out if his vasectomy.
