laying on belly while pregnant? 9w4d

Is it okay to lay on your belly while pregnant? I'm used to sleeping on my belly, so it comes naturally. Is it dangerous to do so? I'm 9w4d!

You can lay on your stomach as long as possible and you'll be fine. I'm fearing the day when I'm no longer able to because it's the only way I can fall asleep.

I did it until it started getting uncomfortable. But that early the baby is so little and protected, it will be fine. 😊

The only reason you can't sleep on your belly when pregnant is because you physically could not lay down flat with a huge belly. You can sleep that way as long as you're able to do so 🙂
