Bumps on Inner Thighs

I've had this bump on my inner right thigh for a while and nothing was happening, so I ignored it. But then another showed up on the same thigh. Again, didn't think much of it. But a third just appeared on my inner left thigh and all are starting to hurt. When touched, they feel like a small ball (maybe the size of those tiny rubber bouncy balls) is in my leg. You can't tell from the pictures, but they are raised. Any idea what this could be? The spread of these little bumps happened over months, possibly a year.
