I'm not complaining by any means!! I feel so bad for the girls already having nausea and vomiting at 4-5 weeks already. I haven't had anything yet πŸ™πŸΌ that continues. My mom said she just got nausea with me never vomiting. Let's hope it's genetic haha 😎
BUT I started doing some searching on the vitamins I've been taking and found some similar claims for other women. They took the vitamins I take and they had very little morning sickness. I knew my prenatals had ginger in them but I didn't realize the B complex vitamins that I also take (which also B6 is supposed to help with morning sickness too I just read that) also has ginger in them!!! Β
So I'm wondering if my vitamins are actually keeping my nausea at bay??! I basically have a constant stream of ginger going into me throughout the day. I take 2 B vitamins a day (breakfast and lunch) and 3 prenatals a day (breakfast lunch and dinner). So I wonder if the combo of ginger with extra B6 is actually a great thing and keeping my stomach at ease.Β
Just wanted to share my (so far) success with you ladies. Check your vitamins and see if they have this added benefit!! Β Mine are by Garden of Life if anyone is interested in trying them. I'll update how I feel in another week or two (I'm 6 weeks tomorrow and so far so good πŸ‘πŸΌ)
Prenatals on top and B Complex on bottom. Woohoo for ginger πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ
***EDIT. Actually!!! I just read something about this in "What to Expext When You're Expexting". It said 10mg of B6 a day has been shown to help minimize morning sickness. Yay!! I take 12mg a day between my prenatals and my B Complex!!! πŸ‘πŸΌ
