I have to change formula for my baby first time his 3 weeks old n i mostly breastfeed just at night i give him formula.... What is the best way to change formula ? Thanks

When I switched formula I talked to my babies dr first... and slowly switched but I mostly breast fed and gave my babies soy based formula

Well, you can mix half and half and slowly just keep mixing less of the old formula into the bottles. That's how we switch formulas at daycare, and that should tell you how baby does on that certain formula. Why are you switching?
