is labor approaching???!

So I'm 39 weeks. and out of nowhere I got this sudden feeling of cramping, like needing to have a bowel movement (diarrhea) and a little nauseous... I've read this could be labor coming soon... CAN IT BE??! Any of you experience this before labor?? I'm not sure if it could be that or because of what I could've eaten today 😫😫😫
