I want to be healthy and I want to go to the gym. I'm 95 lbs and 5'3. I'm kinda scared bc I look like a twig lol. And I have nooo ideaaa how to do a work out (I know that sounds dumb). But I really don't know what to even do. I need a plan lol. How can I come up with one? Any tips? I'm completely out of shape and overall want to just look and feel better.
