WEIGHT LOSS, GUYS.

Okay so whenever I was 16 I was like 140-150 pounds. GUYS! I'm 20 and 245 pounds now. 😞 It is somewhat because of the birth control I was sort of forced on, you know, hormones, munchies, depressed eating and all that stuff. Well anyway, I obviously need to get this off! What are some of your weight loss tips? How do you avoid over eating and mindlessly snacking? Stress eating? (I'm a full time nursing student with a family, I got hella stress) Best way to start working out and KEEP working out? Also, if you have lost weight I would LOVE to see your progress.
