TTC and anxiety

Hey everyone! So I currently take zoloft for anxiety. It's done wonders for me and I can't imagine going back to feeling the way I did before I took it. My doctor says it's completely fine to take during pregnancy and ttc. I'm still paranoid though. Anyone have any experience with this?
