interesting advice from my gynea for ttc

Riley • 28, Married to my best friend, mommy to a happy little girl of 2, pregnant with #2 due Nov `17
So, my gynecologist shared some AMAZING info with me on the whole ttc thing and how the chances of anyone falling pregnant at a specific cyclw is actually very slim..
Anyhow, to make a long story short.
THIS is what he said to me:
When ttc a specific cycle, your body should (obviously) be in the "right" condition for it.
This is what he said you SHOULD NOT DO that cycle:
1. You should try and keep healthy (not get a cold etc)
2. You should not take up a sudden extensive form of exercise if you don't always do it
3. You should not have a high level of stress
4. You should not change your diet all of a sudden
The reason he says, is because pregnancy/conception is a foreign activity in your body already, and your body in general would find it difficult to deal with any of those listed above AND then also trying to begin a pregnancy/implantation
So just a little info I found useful for the ttc journey. Look after yourselves ladies xx
