Okay ladies, so I saw this in a post on Facebook. It sounds silly but maybe worth a shot. Does anyone know if there's any truth behind this? If so, please let me know. My husband and I have been TTC for baby number one for 4 years.

Girls, your belly button has NOTHING to do with your fertility. It's your ovaries & uterus that matter and they are on the inside of you, not the outside. How to get pregnant? Track your ovulation using OPKs, cervical mucus, and basal body temperature, and have sex regularly throughout the week you're ovulating. It's that simple. If that doesn't work after 6 months or so, see a doctor. There are some other things that may help, like preseed, soft cups, and if your period is irregular Vitex, but don't put your hopes in BS like this.

Eating olive oil can help your fertility, putting it on your belly will just make your skin soft. I've heard that massage around your belly button it supposed to open up a Chakra or something maybe the oil is supposed to be a lubricant for the massage.
