I got rejected by my crush. He said that it was best if we stayed friends. Then after that he acts like nothing happened. Now when we are talking and his friends are there, he would start talking to them. Completely ingnoring me. He didn't use to be like that. So is it awkward between us.

Its only awkward if you make it awkward. Be his friend and maybe some day he'll think of you as more. But crushes come and go, there will be others. So don't worry too much about it and focus on your studies and being the best you you can be.
