help !

How do I get my ex back ? We dated for 2 years and 3 months.He broke up with me last week because he said I don't give him space and he also said he can't do this anymore and he blocked me on everything and I'm giving him space but I really want him back ... We broke up twice before and got back together , he's the love of my life and my bestfriend and I can't imagine my life without him and we lost our virginities to each other when we were 17 , we are gonna be 20 this year
