does any one else get pain in their upper back?

What do you do for the pain? Ive been having it for four days now and it doesn't go away!!

Yes ! I have horrible posture though so it's probably from that. Try an epsom salt bath!

I do, but it's actually heartburn related when it flares up.  Crazy and painful!

Go to a chiropractor or massage therapist. They are wonderful and helped me so much!

We just got a foam roller and I'm in love with it for the relief it brings my upper back. I think after I'm no longer pregnant, it will help my lower back out a lot more, but currently nothing really helps that.

Yes and it's debilitating! Did you go to the chiropractor or masseuse today? I've been thinking about it. Wondering how it was.

Mine is usually heartburn. Seriously try tums and see if it helps. If not I'd get someone to give you a massage or see a chiropractor.
With my first the pain would get really bad and nothing helped... Then one day I took tums because I felt like I had something stuck in my throat and boom back pain gone. I had never experienced heartburn prior to that pregnancy that I was aware of
