Feel heartbroken right now. I've been bleeding for over a month now and passing blood clots for a week. I called and told doctor office and they didn't seem concerned or even want to see me when it first started.  I went to the emergency room last Friday, was suppose to be 11 weeks according to my first ultrasound but baby only measured 10 weeks. Heartbeat was 171 but HCG levels were only 4000. Ask doctor if I could make an earlier appointment and said no again. Just had blood work done Wednesday and HCG dropped to 1000 so nurse on the phone told me I was miscarrying without any compassion and laughed and said "for what" when I asked if I should go to the hospital. I don't understand how it's happening so fast. I just seen my baby's heartbeat a week ago. Doctor still won't see me until my scheduled appointment next Wednesday. Not sure if I should go to a different hospital for a different opinion. Has anyone ever had dropping HCG levels and still had a healthy baby? This is my first pregnancy so I'm scared and uneducated on what to do. I'm not getting any help from my doctor.
