My DS is 21 weeks old and the last two evenings has become really hoarse sounding, he hasn't got a temp, he's still got dirty and wet nappies, he's really jolly but it's just in the evenings you can hear his voice going. In himself he's fine and nothing else has changed, he had a cold last week too. Is this anything to worry about?
