Hi I'm on cycle day 45 with no period yet. I've took to pregnancy test n I had a blood test done n they were negative. I'm not sure what's going on or what to do, should I wait to see if I could be pregnant or is it something else. I've never missed a period before so I'm wondering. I want to be pregnant but not sure if I am when everything came back negative.. Please help anyone who might know something thanks in advance
