Hello all. I wanted to reach out because I'm at a loss and terrified. I'm expecting twins and am 8 weeks 4 days. I had an u/s at the fertility clinic when I was 7 wks 1 day. Both babies had good HR (156 & 138), one measured .78 mm and the other measured .77 mm. I went for another u/s today (at my GPs office) and the technician had a lot of trouble finding the 2nd baby. He couldn't detect a heartbeat and said it never developed. He also measured it at .7 mm. I'm at a loss. Has anyone experienced this before? I'm hoping baby is just tucked away a bit. Or I'm just in denial.
