working out
Has any October mommies starting to work out/have been ? I started when I was cleared by my doctor but wasn't working out almost everyday just maybe once a week .. I started this 30 Day ab challenge and I have noticed a big difference!!! And I'm only on day 6 (granted I had to restart it after day 3) but here are my photos. Feel free to post your pictures ! Or what you do
