Hit and run

Someone I work with hit my car in our parking lot and never left insurance info. I found the mark today which is the next day. I am 98 % sure I know who it is as she parks by me daily and she's the only one with a red car which happens to be on my car now. How do I go about this? Do I call the cops? Can they make her hand her insurance info over? Should I confront her and ask for her insurance info tomorrow when i see her? I know it happened at work because it wasn't there the other day and I have only gone to work and no where's else within the past week.
