Free goodies, scam?

I see all these sites for mommies to get free samples and diapers and things like that. Are any of these actually worth putting time into or are they all a scam?

I always sign up on all the formula sites. They send bottles, big tins of formula and some other things. I breastfed both my kids, but eventually ended up supplementing. It was nice to already have something on hand. Plus babies prefer different formulas (my1st loved similac 2nd  enfamil), so having choices is nice too. They will continue to send big coupons too. You can always pass those on to another mom if you don't use them. The best things is if you don't end up using it,  you can donate the formula to a women's shelter. They are always in need of it 💕

I did a couple and I received samples from infamil and another brand of formula that I can't remember off the top of my head. I was going to try the "honest" one but haven't gone around to do so. I also signed up for te baby registry on amazon and it says you can receive a free sample gift box but I haven't been able to figure it out just yet.
