Kind of feeling sad

So this past November my bf and I got pregnant and we were over the moon excited. He ended up  booking  a trip to Vegas with his best friend and brother as part of a celebration. Well we ended up having a MC and he wanted to cancel his trip. He said that he did it as more of a celebratory trip because he was so excited about us being pregnant. I, of course, insisted on him still going for the long weekend. Well he left today and now I just feel so emotional over the MC and it being so difficult to get pregnant.  😥
