+opk and bleeding 8 days later? Wth?!

Has anyone ever had that? I dunno whats up, I have 31-35 day cycles usually, I use opk and temp, 8 days ago today I got my smiley face, etc. Usually AF comes 13-14 days after my smiley face. This month she showed up 8 days after my smiley, making this a 23 day cycle? My flo is always light and brown, this month I had one dot of pink on the TP 2 days in a row, then today I had to put in a liner. It's too heavy to be spotting, but it's lighter than my usual light flo. 0 pms symptoms too which is weird I'd be cramping by now ans very irritable lol. Has anyone ever experienced this? I just don't know what the heck is happening!
